International Orders   For international orders, the average delivery time is 3–14 business days from the date of order fulfillment. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, due to the high volume of orders, we may not be able to process your request before your order is shipped.   We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure all details are correct. If you notice any errors or need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you in making the necessary adjustments before your order is shipped.   Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   Failed Deliveries   Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and complete delivery information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact details. Otherwise, your package may be returned to us, and we will not be responsible for any additional costs or fees associated with a failed delivery.   If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that a replacement fee may apply, which we will discuss with you before sending the new package. Exchange and Return of Goods in Proper Condition You can exchange a product in proper condition for a similar item. The exchange must be made within 14 days (excluding the purchase date), provided that the product has not been used, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, and factory labels are intact, and a sales receipt, cash receipt, or another document confirming payment is available. The absence of a receipt does not deprive you of the right to exchange the product. By mutual agreement, the exchange may be made when the requested product becomes available. If the same product is not in stock at the time of your request, you have the right to request a refund of the amount paid. In case of refusal of a properly functioning product, the cost of delivery and return shipping (via mail) is non-refundable. Exchange and Return of Goods in Improper Condition If you receive a defective product (one that is faulty and does not fulfill its intended function), you have the right to return or exchange it. If returning a defective product via mail, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Customers have 14 days to inspect the product for defects. If a defect is discovered after this period, we reserve the right to conduct an expert assessment at our expense to determine whether the defect existed before the product was transferred to the buyer or if it arose afterward. If the expert examination determines that the defect resulted from circumstances beyond the seller’s responsibility, the buyer must cover the cost of the examination, storage, and transportation of the product. The expert conclusion can be disputed in court. Non-Returnable Products Certain product categories cannot be returned under any circumstances, including: Medicines and pharmaceutical products Food products Perfume and cosmetics Personal hygiene products Children’s toys Bedding and undergarments Products for newborns Fabric and textiles Jewelry made of precious metals and gemstones To return an item, the buyer must complete a return request form in the required format. Refund Process The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase: Cash refund for purchases made in cash Bank transfer for payments made via non-cash methods
